Ghity Mahdara brings nearly four decades of real estate experience to Sage Investment Properties, with extensive knowledge of the Orange County and Southern California markets. Throughout her career, Ghity has represented clients across a broad range of residential and commercial transactions, including homes and condominiums, investment properties, office and industrial buildings, and medical and healthcare real estate. Her experience encompasses both owner-user and investment acquisitions, sales, leasing and tenant representation. Having worked throughout Orange County for decades, Ghity offers clients the perspective that comes from experiencing the region through multiple real estate cycles and understanding the nuances of its individual communities and commercial markets.

She is known for her hands-on approach, strong negotiation skills and ability to guide clients through both straightforward and complex transactions with personal attention from beginning to end. Her longstanding relationships and extensive transaction experience remain at the foundation of Sage Investment Properties today.

For Melody Mahdara, real estate has been part of her life long before it became part of her professional career. Growing up around the family business, she began assisting her mother with real estate transactions while still in high school and has continued working alongside her over the years, gaining firsthand exposure to both residential and commercial real estate. 

As a California-licensed real estate professional, Melody now brings that experience together with a professional background in engineering and project management. Her analytical approach, attention to detail and experience managing complex projects translate naturally to real estate, where careful evaluation, organization, communication and problem-solving can have a significant impact on a transaction.

Working alongside Ghity, Melody focuses on providing clients with responsive, highly personalized service while bringing a modern perspective to property research, market analysis, marketing and transaction management.
